1)  Self-limitation Losses

 

The company allows you to define a limit on your losses. The limitation can be set up to a certain date and for a subsequent recurring period (day, week, month, quarter and semester).

The set limits can be modified later by accessing the dedicated section. The change will take effect immediately if the set value is more restrictive, while it will take effect after seven days if the user has expanded his limits. If you reach the set threshold within the set time frame, the game will be suspended until the time expires.  

2)  Self-limitation Stake

The company allows you to set a limit on your stake. The limitation can be set up to a certain date and for a subsequent recurring period (day, week, month, quarter and semester)

3)  Self-Exclusion

The company enables you to take a short break from gambling, restricting your account from logging in to the website for 30 days, 60 days, 90 days.  During this time, you will be unable to reverse this block. Once the self-exclusion period has expired, you will be able to place bets again, without any further communication.

You can also decide to exclude yourself from the game permanently, without a time limit. In this case, only after at least 6 months from the date of self-exclusion can you request readmission to the game by sending a written request for revocation. Your account will become accessible again, in the event of indefinite self-exclusion, after at least the 6 months mentioned above, and in any case not earlier than 7 days from the date of receipt of the specific revocation order request.

During the self-exclusion period you will be able to withdraw any balance on your Gaming Account. Not being able to log in on the website, it will be necessary to contact the customer care and request the withdrawal. The withdrawal request must be made in writing. The accepted withdrawal will be made by bank transfer. It is recommended to request withdrawal before activating the Self exclusion order. By doing so it will be possible to use one of the supported payment methods.
